Academic opportunity alone isn't enough. Children need guidance, role models, and safe spaces to wrestle with big questions about who they are and who they want to become. Our Build Character pillar provides exactly that — through structured mentorship, life skills training, and youth-led leadership initiatives.
Our annual Holiday Mentorship Camp brings together hundreds of young people for a week of workshops, team-building, and career conversations with local professionals. Many of our alumni go on to mentor the next cohort — creating a ripple effect of leadership that strengthens the entire community.
